Nice offering from my favorite Beatle, SJ! I wish the very same for you this year!

The year of posts beginning with a classic from the Beatles is at the very least off to a good start. Let's hope we can keep up the quality of work. SJ, you set us a very high standard to match. Good luck with that. Oh, and Ric wanted to say happy new year, Two Feathers, and thanks for taking it all in stride.

Nice one,SJ. Brought back memories of the era. It seems like a more innocent time in many respects-although we know it really wasn't for so many people.

Guess cause I was young at the time.

May you continue your good work this year so we can continue to benefit from your outlook and wisdom.

And no, I'm not drunk LOL !

@Jack,
same to you. There's a lot of versions of this song on Youtube that was actually studio recordings of them working it out, very tense stuff for such a beautiful song.

All in all, I thought Phil Spectre did a good job producing the Let It Be album. I liked it much more than Paul "Naked" version.

So do y'all think Paul, John, George, and Ringo ever got reservations at Milliways, the Restaurant at the End of the Universe?

Happy New Year y'all.

Absolutely Beach.
it's always been my theory that the Beatles had help from extraterrestrials, or were from some other place themselves altogether.
I'm sure they hung out there, I hear Procol Harum is the house band for the place.
